RESOLVED 6/21/24 8:30 AM – We received the license and restored the rest of the services.
UPDATE – 6/20/24 6:40 PM – We are still waiting for proper license files from our vendor to get all services restored on Terry Peak. Again, we apologize for this; we are as frustrated as you are with it.
UPDATE – 6/20/24 1:00 AM – We are still waiting for proper license files to get all services restored. We have escalated this with our vendor.
UPDATE – 6/19/24 4:20 PM – We have some services restored. We are awaiting license files for the replacement equipment to get the rest of the services restored.
ORIGINAL – Lightning damaged some equipment that has created an outage on Terry Peak beginning 6/17/24. Replacement equipment arrived today and climber is on the tower working to restore service.
